Delhi – Historic Monuments and City Charm

You arrive in Delhi, the capital city of India, where a representative of Chetram Holidays will meet and greet you and help check in to a hotel where you spend some time and rest.Follow your sightseeing tour with visits to Qutub Minar the tallest brick minaret in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then to the national monument that is the India gate planted in memory of soldiers that were killed in the line of duty followed by a drive that passes the Rashtrapati Bhavan, Presidential residence.Then, relax and feel the serene atmosphere in Humayun Tomb as it is one of the most beautiful Mughal monuments. You can also see Lotus Temple or go to colorful Connaught Place and spend some time there depending on time. Drive back to your hotel in Delhi to spend an overnight stay.

 

Delhi to Agra – Mughal Grandeur

Once you are done with breakfast, have a check out of the hotel and start driving towards Agra which is approximately 3.5 / 4 hours of drive. On arrival at Agra, register at your hotel-room and enter Agra city by visiting the historic monuments that are hugely popular like the Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world. The Taj Mahal is a symbol of eternal love because it is a white marble of the classic architecture constructed by Emperor Shah Jahan in remembrance of his lifelong wife Mumtaz Mahal. Take a stroll in the beautiful gardens and marvel at the marble work many times fascinating. Then proceed to the Agra Fort which is another UNESCO World Heritage site. This red sandstone building comprises palaces, halls of audience and Musamman Burj which look at the Taj Mahal in the distance. Thereafter, pay a visit to Mehtab Bagh, a lovely sunset spot of the Taj that overlooks the river.Return to your Agra hotel where you will spend in comfort overnight.

 

Agra to Ranthambore – Via Fatehpur Sikri

Have an early breakfast, check out and head towards Ranthambore in the Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, the former capital city of Emperor Akbar. Go to Buland Darwaza, Diwan-i-Khas and the tomb of Salim Chishti which is constructed of the beautiful red sandstone.Drive further through rural Rajasthan with vistas of open countryside and little villages. Upon comparison, enter the jungle resort or hotel when you get to Ranthambore. The remaining part of the evening is free time. One will be able to take nature walks around the property or to spend a quiet time in the natural surroundings.

 

Ranthambore – Jungle Safari Adventure

Prepare yourself for a wildlife and nature day. Depart early in the morning to go on a jungle safari inside Ranthambore National Park. This is one of the finest destinations in India where you can find Royal Bengal Tigers in the wild. Together with tigers there is also the chance of seeing leopards, deer, wild boars, nilgai, and a number of birds.The safari will take you through dense forests, water bodies, and rocky areas which at one time used to be part of a royal hunting ground. Check out of the hotel after having a nice leisurely breakfast. According to your travel schedule we will drop you to Jaipur Airport/Railway Station or we will drive you back to Delhi.
