On reaching Haridwar by road/ train, you will get a warm welcome by our representative and then he will drive to your hotel. After you check in and freshen up, begin your day with Har Ki Pauri, one of the holiest ghats in India. The ghat is teeming with priests chanting mantras, whiff of the incense stick and the soothing sound from flowing Ganga. You may do the holy dip if you want. From here, proceed to the Bilwa Parvat and take a ropeway ride leading you up to the Mansa Devi temple which is situated at an altitude and has magnificent views of the entire town. Then you will go to the Chandi Devi Temple on Neel Parvat one of the Panch Tirth (Five Pilgrimages) with Saptashati for power and energy, and Kaliash Koof is a Siddhapeeth where every desire/karya of person gets fulfilled. Prepare yourself for the incredible evening Aarti of Ganga on Har Ki Pauri. Devotees are seen to pour in by the hundreds, priests chanting mantras, and rivers being dressed up with golden diyas.
One hour drive to Rishikesh, the world capital of yoga, after breakfast. Arrive and check-in at the hotel then proceed to explore. Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula, two famous routes in this holy town that are an impressive sight along the Ganga displaying beautiful river views of the mountains. Visit the Beatles ashram, a special place where The Beatles stayed in the sixties which is now completely covered in colorful graffiti and murals. If you’re an adventure seeker, you can opt for river rafting on the Ganga or try India’s highest bungee jump at Mohan Chatti.
Later visit Parmarth Niketan Ashram to attend Ganga Aarti. Ganga View Café and Little Buddha Café are some of the popular riverside cafés in Rishikesh that will also be suitable for a sunset dinner. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
After breakfast, head towards your 4–5 hour journey to the beautiful scenic ride of Mussoorie. One the way you will cross serpentine mountain roads, pine-shrouded slopes and openings of Doon Valley. On arrival, check into your hotel and restaurant. In the afternoon, a visit to Mall Road which is full of sweet little shops selling delicious bakery items and small eating joints. Ride a ropeway to Gun Hill Point, the second-highest point in Mussoorie and enjoy panoramic views of Himalayas and Doon Valley. Stroll along Camel's Back Road in the evening (3 km road named after a rock formation), as the sun sets. Overnight stay in Mussoorie.
After breakfast, a vulture straight towards Kempty Falls that comprises pools of dipping cold water. You can paddle in the shallows, or simply stand and watch. After that, you have to plan a great trip in the Company Garden which is decorated by an attractive flower park and iconic boating service. Then drive up to Lal Tibba, the highest point in Mussoorie, located at 2275 kms above sea level and offering beautiful long range views of the Himalayan summit as well.You can visit Clouds End if you have time because its the geographical boundary area of Mussoorie. On the way back, stop at the local Tibetan market for souvenirs. Evening at leisure, overnight in Mussoorie.
Have breakfast and proceed to Jim Corbett National Park which is at a distance of 6-7h. The road passes rolling hills and wooded countryside. On arrival, check into your jungle resort where only the whispers of nature may sound around you. And spend the remainder of your day chillaxin. Not far from the resort you can go on a short nature walk or visit Garjiya Devi Temple, located on a big rock in Kosi River. In the evening, enjoy a bonfire and Kumaoni dinner at your resort. Early Morning move for comprehensive jeeps safari inside the Jim Corbett. Watch out for Bengal tigers, leopards, pythons and other snakes. The excitement is still there with the cool mist of the early morning, leaves whispering in the soft breeze and a distant roar as we disturb the wildlife. After breakfast return to the resort and drive to Nainital which will take you around 3 hours. After arrival, check in and rest. Later in the evening, go out for a leisurely walk next to the Naini Lake or opt for boating across its serene water. Later go for a sightseeing tour to Mall Road, where you can visit the Chaat Bazaar for local woolen cloths, candles and handicrafts. Overnight stay in Nainital.
After breakfast, go to Naina Devi Temple dedicated to Goddess Naina Devi and ringed by the northern shore of Naini Lake Cable car rides to visit the snow point of Snow View Point, which offers an amazing view of the snowy peaks. Next up, visit Tiffin Top, another picnic spot from where you can get a complete view of the town. Post lunch, explore the nearby lakes like Bhimtal (with an island aquarium) and Sattal which is a cluster of seven interconnected lakes lying amidst the oak and pine forests.After Dinner, take a walk in the lively Tibetan Market
Post breakfast drive towards Kausani which is a 4–5 hours journey passing through scenic spots. Visit the Kausani Tea Estate, sample fresh Himalayan tea, explore the Anasakti Ashram where Mahatma Gandhi once stayed and then check out the panoramic views of Trishul, Nanda Devi and Panchachuli peaks. Head further to Ranikhet, an offbeat hill station for sure, yet you will be taken aback by the tranquility and greenery the place resonates with. Go to Jhula Devi Temple with its hundreds of bells and Chaubatia Orchards serving a variety of apples, peaches, and plums. Overnight stay in Ranikhet.
Post breakfast, drive to Binsar via Almora – a town with rich cultural heritage and panoramic views of the Himalayas. See Kasardevi Temple for spiritual vibrations and shop in the old bazaar for your shoeing bag translations. After exploring Almora, begin your return journey to home, carrying with you wonderful memories of the mountains, lakes, temples, and warm hospitality of Uttarakhand.
