On the 1st day of your tour it will start when you will fly or travel by a train to Jaipur. At Jaipur you will be welcomed by our representative of Chetram Holidays who will also take you to the hotel. After settling in the hotel you must take a rest, and after that you may start your tour by visiting City Palace and Jantar Mantar. Stroll around the bazaars around Hawa Mahal. A trip to the grand Amber Fort with its magnificent gateways, intricate carvings, and charming Rajput architecture is the next place of interest after having breakfast. Then visit the beautiful Jal Mahal, a palace which is beautifully submerged in the center of the lake, and make unforgettable photos. Continue to the iconic Hawa Mahal, the Palace of Winds, and savor authentic Rajasthani street food nearby. During the evenings, they can spend their free time on walking around the local markets of Jaipur or shopping. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Drive to Ajmer (Approx. 2 hrs). See Dargah Sharif and enjoy the spiritual ambience. Drive on to Pushkar (30 mins) and explore Pushkar Lake and Brahma Temple. Take a stroll along the ghats and the local markets. Overnight at Pushkar.
Depart after breakfast to Jodhpur (200 km / 4 hours). Check in the hotel. Visit Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Visit the clock tower market at night. Overnight stay at Jodhpur.
Overland to Jaisalmer, via Jodhpur
Drive to Jaisalmer (280 km / 5-6 hrs). Report to the hotel and relax. In the evening, drive to Gadisar Lake, an idyllic site with Ghatas and shrines. Overnight Jaisalmer.
See Jaisalmer Fort, Salim Singh Ki Haveli, Patwon Ki Haveli, and Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli. In the afternoon, visit Sam Sand Dunes (40 km). Take a ride on a camel and watch a sunset of the desert. Evening covers dinner and folk dance at a desert camp. Overnight in a luxury tent.
Enjoy desert sunrise. Then after breakfast, you are driven to Jaisalmer or Jaipur to continue your journey.
