Arrival in Jaipur - City of Royals

Your journey begins in the beautiful city of Jaipur, where a representative of the Chetram Holiday will receive you at the airport, railway station, or bus stand and will transfer you to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, exit for a trip to local scenic spots.

Start with a trip to the iconic Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds. Then, proceed to the City Palace, which still holds the home of the royal family and shows museums with royal artifacts. Go to the nearby Jantar Mantar, with giant devices with an 18th -century astronomical observatory are still used to study stars. In the evening, enjoy a palace floating in Man Sagar Lake, photo stop in Jal Mahal. Explore local markets like Bapu Bazaar or Johri Bazaar for Rajasthani textiles, jewelry and handicrafts. Return to the hotel to stay overnight in Jaipur.

Jaipur to Agra - Royals and Mughals on the road

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and drive towards Agra (about 240 km / 5 hours). N Marg, you can take a small stop in Abeni (optional) known for the historic Chand Baori Stepwell.

On reaching Agra, check and relax in your hotel. In the evening, a cool garden on the banks of the Yamuna River go to Mehtab Bagh, which provides the surprising sunset scene of the Taj Mahal. Agra visit to sightseeing - Taj Mahal and Fort

Start your day with a trip to the Taj Mahal at sunrise, when its white marble glows in the morning light. This world-famous monument was built by Emperor Shahjan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal and he stands as a symbol of eternal love. Spend time to praise complex carvings, symmetrical Mughal gardens and reflective pools.

Return to the hotel for breakfast, then go out to detect the Agra Fort, a huge red sandstone fort that serves as the main residence of the Mughal emperors. Go to Diwan-A-AM, Diwan-e-Khas and other royal rooms inside the Fort Complex. In the afternoon, you can visit the tomb of Itimad-ud-Dullah, often called "Baby Taj", for its beautiful lattice work and installation of a garden. Fatehpur Sikri tour and return to Jaipur

After breakfast and check-out, start your return journey to Jaipur, but not before stopping at the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Fatehpur Sikri, about 40 km from Agra. Once Emperor Akbar, the capital of the Mughal Empire, Fatehpur Sikri now stands as an abandoned city made of red sandstone, rich in history and architecture.

To celebrate Akbar's victory, explore the grand gateway, a magnificent elevated Darwaja. Go to Jama Masjid, Panch Mahal, Salim Chishti Tomb and other architectural miracles that still whisper stories of Akbar's visionary regime. After the journey, continue the drive to Jaipur (about 5 hours).
