Tour Plan

Welcome to Nainital -Entry to the Lakes.

When you arrive at Kathgodam Railways station or Pantnagar Airport, this trip will start. The representative of the Chetram Holidays will meet you and take you to Nainital, a town of pine trees. Upon arrival, have some relaxing time and then go and visit the lake town.

Relative to the afternoon spent at Naini Lake. You may catch Lake boating, enjoy the serene water or walk to the north end of the lake Naina Devi Temple. Take a walk through Mall Road which is littered with intricately numerous cafes and local stores. Lights are lit in the lake as the night sets in and the evening is complete. Spend the night with the hotel in Nainital.

Touring and Sightseeing Nainital.

Nainital and environs After breakfast, sightseeing around Nainital and Nainital. Go to Snow View Point where you have a broad view of the Himalayas followed by Tiffin top and the Nainti zoo. Then head  to the lakes adjoining Bhimtal, Sattal and Naukuchiatal, each possessing its own beauty and its own peaceful scenery.You may also go boating or custodialize photographs about these lakes. Visit Nainital in the evening, the Tibetan Market or have a cup of coffee in a cafe. Evening and one night at a hotel.

Nainital up to Bainsar -Into the Forest Haven.

Following the breakfast, visit the view of Binsar, a quiet hill resort and wildlife sanctuary in an oak and rhododendron forest after approximately 3 hours drive. Grab a room into your eco lodge or resort who displays the Himalayas.

During minutes of the afternoon, visit the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary which harbours barking deer, leopards and over 200 bird species. Climb Pinnacle Zero Point the tallest point at Binsar to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the mountainous Nanda Devi and trishul mountain. There is no noise in the forest besides that of the birds making the evening a memorable one. Stay here night Dinner, Binsar.

Binsar to Kausani -The Alpine Panorama.

Wake-up to birds-singing and take your breakfast with misted-over woods. Next take it 23 hours or so ride to the Himalayas at Kausani or as this destination is the so-called Switzerland of India owing to best Himalayan sight. It is possible to stop on your way to the old Shiva temple on the Gomti River, which should be the Baijnath Temple.

On arrival in Kausani have lunch and then take a short rest. Went later to the Anashakti Ashram which Mahatma Gandhi used to reside in and visited the tea gardens near at hand and which produce the local tea. During the evening the sun may be seen setting upon the mountains on the Himalayas and tinting them gold. Spend the night in Dinner in Kausani.

Ranikhet to Kausani - Raj in the Hills.

Spend the morning of the day having breakfast to Ranikhet, a town with British feel and greenery atmosphere. Go to Chaubatia Gardens (full of apple trees and with a panoramic view of the Himalayas) and Jhula Devi Temple (plete with bells).

In the afternoons plan your visit to Kumaon Regimental Centre Museum that reminds us of literally Indian soldiers, or just have fun in the pine forests in the resort you are staying in. Khet is serene and hygienic thus a good place to unwind. Spend night and eat dinner at the hotel.

Ranikhet to Jim corbett national park- Wild encounters.

Following the breakfast, take 3 or 4 hours and head to Jim Corbett National Park, which is the first and the most renowned wildlife reserve in India. Holiday in a jungle lodge or resort and relax.

Go to Garjia Devi Temple a fine rock temple constructed of stone in the afternoon on the bank of Kosi River and then walk in the riverbank. Near Ramgara there exist numerous plants and animals and they are worth photographing. During the night, settle and have supper on a bonfire and listen to tales of the jungle. Stay overnight near Corbett.

Safari Adventure and Departure.

Intake a thrilling jeep safari in Jim corbett national park, in the early morning. During the journey in salt woods, rivers, and open grass plots, one must pay attention to the elephants, deleers, peacocks, and (lucky ones) Bengal tigers. The rustling leaves and the bird help to create an optimistic mood.

Have a break after safari at the lodge. So then take your farewell and take a ride to Ramnagar or Kathgodam the following time.
