Early rise, breakfast and take a two hour picturesque drive to Kumbhalgarh, a place" in between the Aravalli hills. Tour the historic Kumbhalgarh Fort, which has one of the longest continuous boundary walls of 36 km long which makes it the second-longest continuous wall in the world. Visit the ancient temples, stepwells and the birth place of Maharana Pratap. Take a stroll through the fort walls to get the spectacular sight of the forests and mountains around. Take some time to enjoy the countryside of the local hamlets and then head back to Udaipur in the evening. Dinner and rest at your hotel.

You can start your day by having breakfast and then start your trip to Ranakpur which is a small village enclosed by trees and mountains. See the Ranakpur Jain Temple, which is a masterpiece made completely of white marble and which is held by 1,444 superbly carved pillars, each of which is not similar to the other. Purchase unique handcrafts such as pottery, weaving, folk paintings and wooden toys right away by local craftsmen. Eat local food served on woodfire and participate in small block-printing or pottery workshops. Return to Udaipur by evening.

Breakfast and then proceed to Jaisamand Lake, the second-largest artificial lake in Asia. Visit the Jaisamand Wildlife Sanctuary where migratory birds, spotted deer and walking paths are available. Go to the local Bhil tribal villages where you will be able to see some interesting rural lifestyles, traditional murals and craft work. Have lunch in a dhaba on the lakeside and go on a boat ride to Jaisamand Island so as to have beautiful views. Return to Udaipur in the evening and sleep.

Wake up, eat breakfast and visit historically rich village of Delwara also known as the town of the gods. See its ancient Jain temples which have perfect marble carvings. Wander along the old streets and havelis, step wells, customary murals and old water tanks. Pay a visit to Sadhna Women Organization, the village women weave textile, bags, and garments. A traditional village meal is made on a mud stove. In the evening drive back to Udaipur.

Have breakfast and then drive to Badi Village, a small rural settlement encircled by Aravalli hills. Go to Badi Lake (Tiger Lake) , a small and peaceful lake that is an ideal place to take photos, sit near Lake and also have a view of the lake. Go on the walking paths to little hilltops and have awe-inspiring sights. Meet the villagers, visit the local farms, and have homemade snacks. Then go to Udaipur and then visit Saheliyon ki Bari, a royal garden which contains lotus pools and fountains.

Get up early in the morning and have a short drive to Menar, also called the Bird Village of Rajasthan. It turns into a paradise in the winter season when thousands of migratory birds come to the place, among them flamingoes, pelicans, painted storks, demoiselle cranes, etc. Take a stroll around the serene lake and take photos of the birds resting as well as flying on top of the water. Go to the village streets and meet the local friendly people who safeguard and take care of these birds. Return to Udaipur for dinner.
